I have been ordering the same beverage for the past few months- Venti ice water with 2 scoops of Matcha- which has been less than a dollar. Today, I ordered my usual & was informed that they have changed the price. When I asked when and why a drink I have been ordering for quite some time is now 4 times its market value price, the associate responded, "Recently- SINCE THEY REALIZED CUSTOMERS WERE ORDERING THIS, the price of [this beverage] is now almost $4." I assess that this price change occurred to maximize profit margin, since this particular location is struggling in business. (Note the sarcasm!) I recommend that the menu include this as an option so that the customer understands a cup of ice water now costs $3, which is inconsistent with any other Starbucks location. How greedy can you be? Gross.

I am actually here in Starbucks right now on the WiFi The Staff and the Services is absolutely Great! Due to being in the Woodbury Commons and all the International Shoppers, the volume of business that this store does has got to be just mind boggleing Even so, thestaff here manages to keep a smile and a good attitude all morning. AND if you come here with any frequency they remember your name and your favorite drinks. They deserve a Collective Public pat on the back and a raise. They are cranking out the coffee by the Gallon in here. Tried the Food for the first time this Morning. ... its is Good ... The Decor needs an upgrade but I am sure that will happen when they move to a much larger location. PPS WHEN YOU MOVE. PLEASE KEEP THE FIREPLACE!!!!!!!!

This Starbucks is ridiculous the service is terribly slow for being in such a busy area. I have to wait 20 minutes in line and another 20 minutes waiting for my coffee. The workers look so miserable and talk to you in such a sarcastic way especially the guy and girl with the glasses that work in the afternoon. The women making the frappe-chinos took her time making 10 drinks at once and was very slow as if she didnt care that there were 30 people waiting in line. Very poor customer service and attitude I expect better from the chain, they need to either hire more workers or educate them on how to handle stress and pressure while working in a fast-paced environment. Get Starbucks on the way to Woodbury Commons not when you already have arrived!

Nothing wrong with the drinks but the workers are horrible. I work in the mall so Im always there and they always make mistakes on orders. When you let them know of their mistakes they usually have an attitude in return. One woman, Amanda refuses to give me butter when I order a buttered croissant. I have to ask twice..

Last weekend, pre- ordered a drink with no ice & and three scoops of strawberries. I arrived it was full of ice. They kindly made another drink without ice, or had 1 scoop of strawberries. This week, pre-ordered the same drink ( no ice, 3 scoops of strawberries). IThis time no ice, but one scoop of strawberries. Sigh.

This is the typical Starbucks but as with any Starbucks there is a line but the fact that this one is placed in such an extremely busy area you can be on line for up to 20 minutes just to order. All in all your visit to this Starbucks can be up to half an hour on a very busy day.

You get the usual Starbucks food & beverages, but only if you can get in the door. This location is always very crowded,so expect a wait and dont even think about hanging out and web surfing.

Very long lines, but to be expected in a very busy Woodbury outlets. Although the long lines, it moves quickly, only waited about 10 minutes when the line was at the door.
