I rated this pharmacy location with one star because, half star is not an available rating option for me to choose from on February 23, 2016. This pharmacy location is characterized by having long lines and non-existence customer service. On February 19, 2015, following Arthroscopic of my knee, the pharmacist failed to fill several Oxicodone prescriptions. He sited that this pharmacy was out of the medication and could not say for certain if and when the medication will be available. Of course, we are not in Bayside, Whitestone or Northern Queens. In trying to refill another prescription from my Dermatologist on February 23, 2016, I was told by a pharmacy assistant that the incorrect claim was called in by my daughters Dermatologist. However, I received this information while I made the call to the pharmacy requesting an update on the medicine. Common sense dictates that the Pharmacist, should conduct due diligence and contact the physician prescribing the medication and communicate with them in a professional manner. Well, I have learned my lesson....Fill all prescription in my neighborhood pharmacy. I do prefer Manson Pharmacy located on Queens Boulevard in Briarwood, New York where business is taken seriously and in a professional manner. These jokers need an overall revamp of the store including those unprofessional and uncaring pharmacist and their assistants. Stay away

Both this and the CVS on Merrick are the typical ghetto establishment. The pharmacists have bad attitudes. Takes longer to fill prescription than any CVS Ive been to. A very incompetent pharmacist once refused to fill my abilify that I had been filling at the pharmacy for years becasue of some minor bureaucratic discrepancy rather than trying to get to the bottom of the problem. My psychiatrist had to call them and tell them off. A handful of those calls went straight to voicemail. If you want good service from a CVS pharmacy you might want to take a little trip to a CVS in a richer neighborhood like Elmont, Manhattan, or Jackson heights. Or try the Walgreens around the corner, near the Cambriah Heights county border.

This is the most worse and crap pharmacy i ever seen. we were calling from the providers office few times and this pharmacy people keep holding for 25 minutes.finally one guy picked the call and his name is Mohammad , he was such a nice person helped me . im advising all of my patients to change the pharmacy.

the most disgusting people in the pharmacy dept. do not answer the phones, leave you holding for very very long periods. My prescriptions are sent to this store in spite of directions to the doctors to send all my prescriptions to store 2095. Most horrible store to deal with under any circumstances.

Well this store most times are out of sale items. But you sure can get a rain check that never seemed to expired. Some employee provide excellent service, I go there because of one employee Veejay she is so professional and helpful and always provide an outstanding service to each customer.

Terrible. Ghetto CVS , the staff has attitudes and the pharmacy personnels have an even bigger one . They never answer phones either in the pharmacy so you cant even make sure your prescription is ready before making a trip all the way there . This CVS sucks .

This Pharmacy is slow, the phone rings without anyone picking up and they almost never have your prescription ready. I am not using them after today too frustrating.
