The Hats were very nice quality and the young men that helped me in the store were helpful. When I inquired about getting a large order of Hats custom made for my business the employee buzzed me in to the front security desk and told me to talk to a particular lady. Instead the guard said he could answer my questions and he did. I then went back to buy a hat for myself. Meanwhile, while I was shopping the guard came in store and started talking to the employee that helped me in a demeaning way towards me, not knowing I was still in the store. I then decided not to buy a hat. As I was leaving I said Thank you twice, for their help, to both the employee and the guard (loud enough for them to hear) and they both ignored me. I left with a very bad feeling towards the whole situation. Even if they couldnt do the work for me that I inquired about, I was still a paying customer.

They know what theyre doing. Almost a hundred years . . . Ive worked in a similar environment and their quality is top notch. They are up to date on the latest printing technologies. I like the fact that they are adding a few new styles like the "bucket" hat with a brim. Nice!

Found the Hat I wanted it was a little small but they had the stretcher machine there that stretched it just a little bit and it fits perfect the customer service was wonderful and very knowledgeable

Love it here!!! You can find any Major league hat that is made right here in Western NY here!!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great selection. Nice gift to give a ball cap for the bills that was made in buffalo to others not from buffalo. Hats starting at$20.
