BIG differences between Imobile (third party companies) VS corporate Sprint stores. Stay away from this one, it is a THIRD PARTY company. They gave inaccurate advice about my broken phone. Wanted to charge 100 dollars from the deductible on the insurance when at the corporate store, if they cant fix it, they replace it for FREE. They also told me that if they cant get it turned back on, I loose all my info and media vs corporate store they just took the memory card out to save the info. Third party store told me that all Sprint stores cant replace it right there but would have to get a new phone sent regardless if they can or cant fix it. Corporate store? Replaced it the same day after the tech guy couldnt fix it. Now I have a new phone, same day. DONT BE FOOLED, STAY AWAY from this store.

Several months ago I purchased several phones from this store, including an LG. I choose the LG because of its features and at the time there was a promitional offer of an LG TV with the purchase. I have not received the TV any attempt to contact the store concerning the promotion has been unsuccessful. This morning I attempted to contact the store again and was confronted by pne of the worst customer service experiences ever. The individual claimed to be a manager, had no kmowledge of recent promotions, suggested that I call LG and when I asked for the information sarcastically suggested using google. She then hung up on me. I rarely write reviews, but my time and money are worth too much! STAY AWAY FROM THIS store.

Terrible terrible experience. It took five hours for the person helping me to register me for a new account. Most of the information entered into my account was wrong due to the lazy and inattentive sales clerk and resulted in countless hours on the phone with Sprint to fix his errors. On top of it, I was never told that I only had a certain window to redeem the $150 I was promised for breaking my contract with AT&T. I am now being told that I can no longer redeem this. I frankly dont know how (or if) this person has a job.

Great experience. Ask for Dinesh or Xavier, as both were very helpful. Dinesh especially fielded a LOT of my questions over a period of a few days and never pressured me to buy anything. Once I decided on a phone, both Dinesh and Xavier made sure that my phone was working at top capacity before I left the store. I do recommend, however, going during the day, as the store gets really crowded after 5:00pm.

Just got back from this store and was really, really impressed with the customer service. Worked with Danielle for some tech support - dealing with a broken screen - George helped my wife buy a new phone. Would definitely recommend this location if you are Sprint customer.

I dont understand why the lady who answered the phone had attitude! Im a customer and asked a simple question! But then again most sprint store customers service is horrible! Maybe its time to switch to another company!

My customer experience was phenomenal the rep name was "Duane" he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this store to all sprint customers service and potential sprint customers.
