Really bad customer service, i bought a wax hair removal and i didnt check if the container was open or anything. The next day i was going to wax my eyebrows and i couldnt open the container, so i decided to go back and exchange it for another one. The rude guy told me that i cant exchange it because it seems it was used but the funny part was that he need it to get heavy duty gloves to open it. if you compare the strength of a men and a women it wont be the same and to top it all off the container was almost empty, how im going to use almost the entire bottle of wax in 2 days, thats super crazy. any how if i could give them a 0 stars i would. HORRIBLE PLACE

This is the best store in sunset park, they have all the items that someone need regarding beauty, specially they have huge collection of wigs and hispanic products. And best thing is they have alot of products on sale , they offer free membership and boom u have to pay less than somewhere else, yesterday i brought nexxus reconstructor in half price than in other store, they hv just every single thing from needle, thread to stand dryers,,all staffs are knowledgeable and helpful, i will keep doing shopping here, dont just judge by rude customers those posting negative comments, visit yourself and findout

As many other reviews state, very rude and unprofessional staff. Save your money and go eslewhere or shop online at amazon. They mismark merchandise and when you get to the register to pay its different than what was marked and they say "its not my problem thats its mismarked." And theres never a manager available. And the selections arent even that good. Worst store, stay away.

Been there more than 20 times. Customer service is great, and the thing I love about it is the variety of hair products. I dont have to find near impossible products that can only be found online. Very happy. Only thing is that the products are a bit expensive, but thats expected as theyre importing hair products that is nearly impossible to find unless online.

Really upset, although this store has good selection of makeup. Upset that it wasnt 7:20pm and the close suppose to close at 7:30 pm and they were already closed and I wanted to get something and they basically told me from the door NO. Dont think I would come here again. Customers should always come first. Ugh.
