Ok- So when I say I am a loyal customer here I mean it in every sense. The wig department people know me. The sweet Hispanic how I think is the stock person knows me. So do the West African security guards know me. Basically I spend a lot of time and money here- for years. Tonight my experience was Beyond frustrating. I arrived at the store at exactly 7:21 pm. And was denied entry because they were closed. Full LIES. They close at 7:30...as per the sign in the window. There were multiple customers inside- I counted 7 total. When asked what I wanted to get I told him exactly what I wanted..he said NO. I spent 7 mins trying to convince him to let me inside. When I pointed out to him I could have been gotten what I wanted and checked out; instead of going back and forth with him. He had nothing to say. Hire better people! And it hurts me to say that; but he made me feel like I was being denied entry to a 5 start club or something- all I wanted was some hair for my job interview the next morning. Treat people who spend their money at your business better! Gentrification is REAL people-

Website reads that the store closes at 6:30pm, arrived at 6:09 and it was already closed. Drove all the way from NJ. Extremely disappointed.
