I purchased the Andis Slimline Pro Li Cordless Lithium Ion 7 days ago and it did not work how I would have liked for it to work. I had gone to the store yesterday to exchange the product for something more suitable for my needs. The store employees were willing to exchange the Andis Slimline Pro Li Cordless Lithium but the store manager refused. He assessed the product and told me that he will not exchange it. I provided the receipt and pointed out the stores return policy. The store manager was unwilling to help me and argumentative. The store manager made it clear that he did not care and that he was not going to do anything for me because he said that the product is not resalable nor will he be able to return it to the manufacturer. I will never shop here again and advise you all not to shop here either.
