I came in to fix my Oster 76 machine that Ive used for a very long time. The guy replaced two springs that cost 3$ of which I was charged 8$. 6$ for the springs and 2$ for the work, of which I agreed too, which he may or may not have broken himself. But then he charged me with a 12$ deposit. I paid 20$. When I came back to get my machine, he just claimed the connections were bad, and that I "was done". I definitely overpaid for the work. Overall I just didnt feel like I was treated with respect throughout the whole ordeal, not to mention overpaying.

This people are fraud, DONT go there!!! I bought in that store hair mask for more than $ 30 jar. Package with the mask was not sealed and not filled to the end. I wonder if someone used the container and put something else in the jar. I asked for return money or give me store credit. Owner Michael yelling at me, money is not returned, did not give a store credit and took the hair mask. As a result, I felt just I was robbed by owner. BEWARE customers!!!
