The manager of this establishment lacks integrity & mangerial skills. This store constantly advertises prices and as you check out the prices are not the same as the advertised price. Tonight 3/29/17 was no different. I visted thr store and Kraft shredded cheeses were advertised at $2.99. Under each kraft cheese was a sign with the kraft cheese, the amount of ounces & the $2.99 price. One customer was already disputing the price as it rung up at $4.79 instead of the $2.99. I waited online as the manager went back to the aisle to verify even though the customer in front of me showed him a picture of the cheese & price. I also confirmed that the price advertised was $2.99. The manager comes back with 2 packs of Essential brand cheese telling us that this brand is on sale 2 for $4. He said the kraft is not on sale until tomorrow. I went back to see if the cheese had any dates indicating the sale date. I too after carefully checking saw no date indicating a sale for tomorrow 3/30/17, I took a photo as well. The manager refused to sell us at the advertised price. This is not the first time that they advertised an item & then claimed the advertised price is not the correct price.

The worse ever. Clearly they could care less about the regular customers since Ive going here since I moved in the neighborhood. Ive overlooked their lack of selection on many items, the rude cashiers, the spoiled cheese, bad ground beef, expired items and today was the last straw when after purchasing an item that was not put in my bag I go over to see if they would honor my purchase and was actually told that I need to check again because the bagger said he put it in my bag. A $2.69 pack of gloves that was part of my $75 worth of items. I will never spend another dime in there again.

Cashier and manager boneah is his name, rude and discriminated against I felt like I was being attacked by both his nasty rude cashier and by the manager. When I went to leave one of the guys workers wouldnt open the door for and than wen I threaten to call the cops thats wen he came to the door.. horrible service I dont recommend anyone to shop there!!

Ideal is the best supermarket in the PLG area, other than Western Beef, which may be too much of a trek if youre closer to Parkside ave. Highly recommend, and excellent beer selection as well.

A low end grocery and uhaul rental. It is like every other low end grocery in NYC. Clean enough. Enough selection to get the staples. competent enough staff. and it has parking.
