They have a decent selection and prices are moderate. There have been times that I could not find certain products and I had to go to other stores. They have delivery and you can call in or email them your order. Sometimes they mess up and dont send me the right stuff which is tough when youre counting on you order to be correct. Kosher Palace is in my neighborhood, so I will continue to shop here because its the closest place where I can buy kosher meat. Their deli/hot bar section is nice, they have a very delicious roast beef - amazing for shabbat lunch sandwiches. And my family does appreciate the half off the hot bar friday afternoon. Their fruit is usually great. And if youre like me and need pre-chopped or spiralized veggies, they have them ready to go.

This place sucks. Im a regular customer and spend a few hundred dollars a month. Recently i bought some premade oil for some candle lighting and when i came home i realized we already had. I went back to return it less than a week later and the guy was arguing with me in front of everyone. He said its the end of "Hanukah" and he cant resell it. I told him thats not my problem you have a 7 day return policy and I have a right to return it he told me I could stand there for hours hes not gonna take it back. I asked to speak to a manager he said he is the manager even though he is spanish and the place is Jewish? This item was $25+ mind you. I could have called 311 but realized that a bad review was more damaging to them. Never coming back here. Disgusting

I love two blocks away and always shop at kosher palace. I purchased a $70 order and decided I didnt want one item since I would have no use for it. When I went to return it (and I had the receipt) one of the BAGGING MEN said no we dont accept the return. I tried bargaining with the cashier for 10 minutes. They both didnt let me speak to the manager when I asked to. They didnt even want to give me store credit (which I would use since I always shop there). I was horrified by their disgusting, poor customer service and do not reccemond shopping there.

Although Kosh Palace has everything you need, they are way more expensive than ANY other supermarket on EVERYTHING except for their meat department which is decently priced. EVERY other item in that store is expensive: fruit, veggies, takout, groceries, EVERYTHING else! For example, I paid $3.99 for some frozen pizza doughs and, then I went to a couple of other stores, one had it for $3.29 and another for $2.89 - the list can go on forever!

Wonderful fresh sushi everyday. Good selection of kosher food. Staff is helpful when needed. Price however, needs to be more competetive. Seems a bit overpriced on most items.
