All of their cars are advertised at significantly lower prices online than what they will demand once you go out of your way to get to the dealership. I saw a car listed at $6,980 online. I went to the store and they told me the price was $9,995. When I asked about the online ad they said, "Oh, I didnt know you had seen that ad." If that isnt duplicitous advertising, I dont know what is. NO ETHICS! I was then able to negotiate the price down to $5,980. We agreed on the price and started the financing application process. I have a 780 credit score with a perfectly clean driving record. No accidents or traffic violations... EVER. After a $2,800 down payment, I received financing at a 7% interest rate for what was left of the car price (~$4,200). I was fine with this until I saw the final contract, where the $5,980 car would end up costing about $12,500, over double the agreed price. When I asked for a detailed bill of sale and financing contract, there were a number of made up fees added to the typical title and registration fees. They claimed there was a bank fee aside from the interest which was about $1,500. What bank charges someone with a 780 credit score north of $1,500 plus 7% APR for a $4,200 car loan? To make matters worse, the car price on the contract was actually $6,980 as they did not honor the final negotiated price. When I asked for the banks telephone number the General Manager / Owner refused to provide it, insulted me and my friend, yelled at us, kicked us out of his office, and ordered a refund. Highly suspicious activity if you ask me. He knew we knew we were being scammed. After speaking with the Financing Officer, he claimed I shouldnt complain about the price hike because the car is actually worth $9,500. After he told me this, I realized that all of the made up fees such as "Acquisition and Handling" in addition to the "Bank Fee" were made up to equal $9,500. Since this is the case, it would make sense why the total price was $12,500. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE SOME SHADY CONNECTION WITH WHOMEVER DOES THE FINANCING THAT THEY USE TO MANIPULATE THE PRICE. WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

How I went to buy a used car from them. I was gonna put 15K down and this dealer tells me their warranty is only for 14 Days, and that theres a $250. deductible if my car breaks down. So after 14 days you got to pay $250. off the top. He crunched some numbers and I was gonna have to pay almost $300 a month in car notes. I asked him why so much and he said do to my credit score. So I told him Ill be back. I went to Kings Auto Show on Kings Highway & Church Avenue in Brooklyn and got the same car with only 6K down, 3 years warranty, NO DEDUCIBLE, and only $164. a month for 5 years with the same credit score because it was done the same day. So please beware of dealerships like this because theres a lot of them out there. I wouldnt have given them any stars, but they got it set up where you have to give them at least one star to be able to post about them..... Aint nothing fake about this post and I dont dont work for Kings Auti Show so ok good one try again but this time try telling the truth to your unsuspecting customers since you said let the truth be told... And Im not the only one you tried to do this to and people can also look at the ratings of others you guys swindled out of their money as well. And dont worry because Im already filing a better business bureau report on you. Youre a bunch of crooks robbing people that work hard for their money should be ashamed of yourself and stop lying to the public and stop trying to cover under your BS the fact that you responded to this proves that is true thats why its got you tight because you know that I said if about yall need to close your people down and Im gonna start the wheels turning in that direction. You will soon find out who I am and connected too once I release the video footage I got on you doing your little dirt like lying one your advertise prices for one without counting all the other BS that you are doing so go ahead because your light is going to stop shining real soon on yall and you know whos really telling the truth my brother

Been there twice. My first question was what are your fees on top of the price listed. I was careful since I had bad experience with other places like this one. I was told no fees at all except taxes and registration. And that is what they advertise on the website. So I ask my friend to come with me next weekend to see this 2016 camry as he knows more about cars than I do. It was listed for almost 13k. We checked it and it was nice car so we wanted to take it for a test drive. We were told first we have to fill some paperwork and talk to manager to see if we agree to the price and then they will let us drive it. First red light lit in my mind. Why wouldnt you let me drive it first? So we went to the office....In a minute the car went from almost 13,000 to 16,600 plus taxes and registration....My jaw dropped. The car would cost me almost 19,000. They lied to me saying there are no fees. I went there pre-approved from my own bank with 800 credit score, and perfect credit history, ready to take the car the same day. I was a serious buyer. I was pissed!!! I drove there from Woodhaven. I wasted my friends time. They wasted my time. They are LIARS. They list the cars low to attract you and then rise the price thinking you are stupid. I dont care what is their response to my review. It is a false advertising and they should get fined for how they do the business! Thankfully I got my car from a private seller. With nice, clean title and maintenance history. You better think twice before you go there! J.

Very unprofessional! Disloyal and untrustworthy, heres why... As a serious buyer my husband traveled from Pennsylvania to view a Jeep I was after. He had a gentlemans agreement on the offer and my husband said he would be back tomorrow (as in today) with the the full amount of the deposit! He checked the credit - he was approved, no problem there. Now yesterday, my husband offered to give him $3000 and said he will come back with $2000 the following day. Adam (The General Manager) said "not worried about the money, you can bring it tomorrow" so my husband said okay. Now today - we are both on way way to Brooklyn, We call to let them know... and guess what?! they sell the dam car on me to another buyer! who does that!? after you agree on a price and do a credit check.... like how unprofessional - The type of people like this - you never want to buy from! AVOID THIS PLACE! its not worth buying from here! I strongly would take your business elsewhere!!!! Dont waste your time or your money! WOW! What a manager you are, is this the response you give to customers! Class act - you say, well seems to me that you have no Class in your Act to my response! - Of course he has to consult me, it would of been my car! I dont care that we didnt get the car... its the principle which you have shown U have non of!
