Worst drealer ever in queens area..they sell lemons..i brought a bmw from these guys..these dumb people dont know anything about their own car, has a garage few blocks away to fix cars which they dont even give warrenty, make you wait all day for repair and do half jobs..WORST OF ALL dont ever take Lifetime warranty from these guys..you pay $1500 for the warranty and you take it to the dealer where they cover barely anything..dont forget no towing or complimentary ride is included with the so called warranty that this dealer gives you..ALWAYS ready fine print from these guys..they will tell you the price saying its all included until you go to the bank..bank has the total invoice after you purchase which is not what this Apex dealer said..save yourself..these people don care as long as the car is out of their lot..Im not just saying it..im giving up the car to the back cause all the hidden charges this dealer didnt tell you will mess you up

I am so happy to have chosen Apex car dealership to get my car. What i respect about them is the family atmosphere and the way they help you to acheive your goal of getting your car. They greet you with a smile and skillfully and carefully explain all that you need to know doing the transactions. From the clerk to the mechanics to the secretary all the way yo the boss man. It is and was indeed a pleasure working with the people at Apex. When i get my next car again it will be at APEX. And i will spread to others who are looking to purchase a fine car they need to go see the fine cars available at Apex and the courtesy applied to you by the workers.

This dealership is terrible. They tell you anything to sell you a car. I bought a car that has had nothing but problems...oil leaks, break issues, bald tires, check engine lights etc. They dont want to fix the car at all, once you drive it off the lot thats it. They dont even honor the lemon law warranty that they give you. Also, I tried to transfer my plates, they told me they would do it, yet I end up with a dmv fine of $234. They wont return your calls either, the receptionist wont let you through. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THERE.

APEX AUTO DEALER II IS ONE OF THE WORST AUTO DEALER TO PURCHASE A CAR. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE A CAR WITH MECHANICAL ISSUES. I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM I RETURNED THE CAR BECAUSE OF SO MANY ISSUES WITH THAT CAR, THEY TOOK THE CAR AND THEY KEEP MY MONEY AS WELL. PLEASE DONT HURT YOURSELF DONT GO THERE. Purchased a car from this dealership and have had nothing but problems with the car since I purchased it. I paid a significant amount of money for the car and have now paid over $5000.00 in repairs. They will lie to you, they will cheat you and steal your money. I would not recommend that anyone purchase an automobile from this company.

These people are nothing but thieves. I bought a car and now having transmission problems. They want nothing to do with the issue. I will contact consumer affairs and report these jerks. They sell you a car and then they don`t want to be bothered with you. All the good reviews they have are from their own friends.
