From the minute my previous car died i know i was in trouble. meetings the next day along with places i NEEDED to be. without a car, i would have been in a very uncomfortable corner. thank g-d for paula at Marquis Auto Leasing. I called her that night. not only was she able to find me a car that fits my budget within hours of my call, but she was able to get me a car the very next day! Not only that but she had the car dropped to my house. Paula is my life saver. with the way she handles all the paper work to the way she kept me posted on every aspect of the transaction. a true professional in the car leasing world id say. she has won my trust and my future business with her and only her. i will never again not know where to turn if i need a car. Thank You Paula for everything!

The worst experience i have ever had. Worse than used car sales men. Not only did Zevy tell me he had a deal for me for 3 weeks, when he finally got "the deal" and instructed me to buy insurance for the specific car he tells me the next day the car is actually $25 more a month. Obviously i was not happy, but told him to move forward anyways. He said hed get back to me and did not. Finally a week later i reach him and he cant get me a deal anywhere near anything what he promised. Wasted 5 weeks and cost me a month of insurance for a car i never had. My brother was also delivered a car without a service package which is what he was promised. Never Again!!!!

The reason i gave the rating i did is because ive gone through many leasing companies and Vicky was the only lease specialist that treated me like family. No matter what issue I had she took care of it in a very professional and prompt manner. Ive recommended Vicky to all my friends and family and they all had nothing but positive and great things to say about her, and the entire family down at Marquis Auto Leasing. Recently leased through this Agency and worked with Avi. He was amazing! Worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted and well within the budget I gave him. This is my third lease and Avi made the process as easy as humanly possible. He is easily accessible through phone, text and email. When I went to get my car all I had to do was sign and leave with the new car. I highly recommend Avi and he was able not only compete but beat all the other priced that I had been quoted by other dealerships and other independent agencies. No one is better to work with and no one will get you as good a deal as Avi!

This was my first experience dealing with Marquis and it wont be my last. Not only did they have the best deal on the C250 coupe but it was a pleasure dealing with David and Paula. After agreeing on a price at 10 am David promised he will do his best to deliver the car before 6 pm and that meant a lot to me since this was my only day off. Throughout out the day Paula kept in touch with me to get my insurance and all the paperwork setup before Delivery. At the end of the day this was a breeze compared to dealing with a dealer like Plaza where I had to haggle for 2 hours to get a good deal.

I was was considering taking over an existing lease on a minivan. I then saw a lease listing for a new Town and Country from Marquis Auto that had a very low payment for 24 months with no down payment. It didnt pay for me to take over a an existing lease on a used vehicle when the new lease was so cheap. I live in Indiana, a considerable distance from Marquis Auto. They arranged shipping and even with the shipping expense this was a heck of a deal. The process was easy and Paula was on top of things the whole time. I would recommend them strongly.

"This one is long overdue. Great dealership. I am especially impressed with their service department. I have had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced twice - Oil changes/recall upgrades. I am always treated with respect and provided a high level of customer service. Most notably with my last visit I met someone in the service department. He was extremely efficient processing my vehicle quickly and moving me through the process. Great service hours, Monday through Saturday. Im really glade these guys are in my backyard!"
