Extremely convenient location. Have everything Ive needed for my apartment with very fair prices. I just moved into the area a few months ago and the gentlemen that both work there have helped me with what I needed and how to install. The neighborhood is a better place because of them. Need more businesses that are for the people & not about revenue. Not sure why anyone would say something negative like below. Seems like disgruntled competition. 5/5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for help and honesty when it comes to home improvement.

The man who works here is a con man and will up charge you if he thinks he can get away with it. There is a wonderful hardware store a block or two south that has a larger selection and a respectable staff. Do yourself a favor pass this one by.

The worst customer service I have seen. when an item I bought did not work I was told I shouldnt buy it if I wasnt sure it will work. I will take my business elsewhere but I really dont think they care from the way they both treated me.

Terrible customer service, the gentlemen who is always there is rude and everything is over priced even for green point. They raised their prices for keys and didnt put a sign up.
