I was a customer since they opened and I spent over $2000 dollars over the years. I recently bought a expensive bottle of wine and was clearly spoiled tasted like vinegar and the cork decayed in the neck of the bottle brought it back to the store to exchange and they had no interest in helping me and they laughed and told me its my problem and the wineries fault. I told them this experience makes me not want to be there customer and the store manger did even care for a second. they need to work on there customer service. This happened to me in the past with other wine stores and they took the spoiled wine this specific wine store is really cheap. There other five star reviews they received appear to be made from the employees that work there. A store like this will never build a sustainable brand like other wine stores in the area. There store employees are not educated in whiskies or wines they just assure you that "this is good".

One star. I am from the community and speak communitys language. What pisses me off is why is it necessary for store staff to follow me around with one foot distance. Im a grown man, and I dress decent to not fit a stereotype. Very unprofessional. I am trying to avoid this store as much as possible. Disgusting.

This place seems to be selling fake vodka. We bought a 750 bottle of Grey Goose recently and couldnt drink it. I was just too lazy to return it though. Trust me I can distinguish between original and fake grey goose after drinking it for years.

Excellent selections of wines and hard liquors. Store assistants are very helpful (every time I visit this store Im getting salespersons assistance promptly). They have free parking lot shared with some small cafe

Prices are incredibly cheap compared to other stores, with an amazing restaurant in the corner! Youre allowed to bring your own bottle and even get a discount for buying next door.
