I have been a customer of Metro-Optics for over 10 years. The service is well worth the trip that I make from Rockland County. The staff are all extremely friendly. Wesley (the manaager) always accommodates me, without hesitation, whenever I need my glasses adjusted (and that is pretty often). He also keeps me abreast of the latest glasses. I am treated like a valued customer should be treated. I would not go anywhere else for my eye exam or glasses.

Every visit to Metro Optics is a very friendly and warm experience. Im greeted by the staff with a warm hello and the wait time is very quick. They have a large selection of eyeglasses and the staff is very knowledgeable and skilled at fixing and resolving any problems you may have. I love coming to this eye facility and recommend all my family and friends.

Love this location. Staff are friendly, helpful, and dont pressure you for fancy expensive frames. They work with your budget and accommodate your needs. Ive been a faithful customer for 3 yrs and although I dont live in the area anymore I still travel to this location because they are always great!

When I went in it looked like it had good prices but no one tried to help me or tell me what I had to do to be attended, another lady came in and she looked around waited just like me and left since no one paid any attention to her either so soon after I left

Great customer service. I have a wide face so finding glasses is usually a pain, but they have a great selection and a very friendly and helpful staff. Plus, when I broke my glasses they told me I had a one year warranty. So Im pretty happy with this place.
