Getting right to the point, Creston Optical wont give you your Pupillary Distance, even after measuring it for a pair of glasses youre ordering with them. Its not surprising--opticians everywhere refuse to give you your Pupillary Distance because they want you to buy overpriced glasses with them instead of having the freedom to order them online or anywhere else. Still, sitting across from someone who measured my PD and then silently jotted it down without saying anything--across a very small counter from me--felt incredibly violating. On top of that though, when I was so put off by a business refusing to give me my own healthcare information that I canceled the order... A) ... the man on the phone didnt tell me that I had to come in to have my copay refunded to my credit card. B) ... I had to call Creston Optical and ask them about it--out of sheer need to make sure I got that refund. If I hadnt, they wouldve just taken my copay and not said a word. C) ... the moment I asked, "Why didnt the guy I talked to earlier tell me that I had to come in for my refund?" the woman on the phone replied, "Okay--I can do it over the phone." And that, of course, begs the question, why did you just tell me--2 seconds ago--that I had to come in for the refund? Were you hoping Id forget? So, long story short, if you need an eye exam and arent particularly worried about a business withholding your own healthcare information or charging you for an order you canceled with them, Creston Optical is the place for you. Seriously, today was such a bad experience that I regret giving my credit card info over the phone. Ill be watching for fraudulent charges for a year after this.

Horrible customer service... Even when they were in the wrong!!! Supposedly the "wrong color"was sent in!! How do one not even call you to let you know there will be a dely in getting your script... Then want to get an attitude when you are letting them know about the horrible service.... Week 2 and my child still doesnt have his glasses.... Never again will I use this company. Ill take my money else where!!!

I think this optical is excellent i would recommended to anyone they very professional and they work fast too.
