Its tough to rate this place. Price chopper is fine for groceries. They have a pretty good bakery, reasonable butcher and fair vegetable selections. The problems for this store is more the neighborhood. This store is located in such a crummy part of town. Today I went here and going on was: a) a woman/bum wandering around the parking lot shaking down customers for money b) a man outside in front of the store was being patted down by two Binghamton cops before they took him away in a squad car c) inside the store was a troupe of loudmouths walking around eating chips before they had paid for them, swearing at each other as loudly as they could. Good God, what a collection of deadbeats. Even if you came here on a day when there werent people being arrested in the parking lot, this store has really tight aisles & too few employees. It takes forever to check-out and get the hell out of here. Just go to a Weis if you have to get groceries on the West side, and if you have to go to a Price Chopper for some reason go to the one on Upper Front st.

I wont be going back. The man handing out samples was horribly rude! Ive only been to this location once before, and everyone else Ive encountered working there was super friendly. I dont know where they found this guy, but he scares me, and he completely ruined my day with his arrogant, condescending attitude. No matter how nice the rest of the employees were, it doesnt make up for this guy..

Not a bad place to grocery shop, although their prices are not as cheap as their name suggests. However, there is an entire section for kosher goods during peak Jewish holidays, conveniently displayed closer to the front of their store. The parking lot out front and its location right off of Main St. makes it super convenient and easy to get to.

The fruit, meat, and chicken prices are a little high compare to Walmart but other things are slightly reasonable. I forgot to mention for those who are not familiar with Price Chopper, that you can just buy foods and drinks in this store. They have the pharmacy though. You can almost find every food products you have in your mind there.

After Wegmans my favorite grocery shop in the US so far. Prices are not as high, but the products are still in a good quality. I also find a lot of comparable ingredients for my German meals. - Easy to find (close to a Church which is build out of bricks) - Enough parking lots - Good price/quality relation

The prices are great with the advantage card. The employees are very nice but the store looks very well under staff. I had to walk across the store to find assistance on locating a item. Nonetheless, I enjoy getting my groceries here.

Not bad if youre in a quick fix for something. Their prices are good, and they usually have some good BOGO deals too. But they do lack quite a few brand name products, and certain product genres just arent available here.

Price Chopper used to be my favorite place to shop because of the rewards points you get in gas so thats a plus for me. The workers are always nice and helpful. The only downside of price chopper is their prices..
