Always have felt like part of the Agway family at the Binghamton Store. Everyone there is wonderful to go to and ask questions, sometimes share in grief of the loss of a pet, get friendly advice when you add too much ash to the compost pile, help fix a gutter grate, the greenhouse women who work so tirelessly and even know when the Dark Purple Coleus is coming in to brighter my shady planters, all the way out to the load out guys who save our old backs from harm when loading 10 bags at a time of the number 10 mulch. I would like to extend a special thank you to the Manager Todd, who regardless of our fur-babies finicky tastes, has never once not taken back a food that we had tried that didnt work out. He has put us in touch with the pet food manufactures so we can ask detailed questions for special diets for our pets... he swears by the Seresto collars and now we do too. I have a beagle basset mix that is low to ground and used to get covered with ticks.. No more.. and now is the time of year to get new ones. Thank you to the entire staff for making us always feel welcomed. Whatever they pay you... it will never be enough. Old fashioned real home town Customer Service, there is no replicating that at a big-box or online store!

I love Agway!!! Are they the cheapest at everything... No...but you will never find customer service as excellent as you will at Agway in Binghamton. They are so helpful and educated in many areas. And if they dont have the answer they find out for you. Im so grateful to have them when I need help with my plants, animals, and pond. Thank you Binghamton Agway for all you do!

Agway is good alternative to Lowes. We most often visit them either in the spring for garden plants and during the winter for de-icing needs. Its interesting that some of their stuff is priced lower than the big boxed stores. Also, you can more easily find someone to ask a question AND theyll often have an answer to your question.

For my gardening needs, this is now my go-to spot. VERY knowledgeable staff, esp. considering this subject basically IS their business, and despite not being a huge box-store, better prices and better selection than anyone else. Also happen to be the only spot I found with a small rototiller for rent.
