Everytime I go to the one in Ballston Spa the items I want to buy are often past their expiration date and they have no additional product of that kind in the back to put out so I have to leave without. Also, when taking the time to tell the manager that things are expired they just say "ohhh, ok." And then walk away leaving the product there and when I check before I cash out quite some time later the expired items are still left out for someone to buy. Produce is often old and rotted. Aldis chicken in general (Kirkwood brand) taste like you are chewing rubber or like its all muscle. And I had to make 3 separate trips their before because a whole ham I bought had expired over a month prior and didnt get one that wasnt expired until my 3rd trip back there. Now Ive learn my lesson and spend extra time verifying expiration dates. There are always long lines at the registers and many of times items have rang up at the wrong price when they are clearly marked on the shelf that they have been reduced in price. If it were not for the need of certain items they carry I most likely wouldnt keep wasting my time going back.

This place provides high quality low-cost alternatives to better-known brands. The selection is not as broad as other markets, but the range is quite comprehensive. You wont NEED to go anywhere else. the store is clean. The biggest issue I have is that the checkout queue can be long, at times. But that just means that others have made the same good choice that you did! Be sure to bring your own bags.

Good Business, Good Food, Good Prices. Sure you have to use a quarter to get a cart, but you get it back upon returning the cart and I dont see their carts all around town. Buy 1 of their good shopping bags and bag yourself keeps cost down buy not having baggers. This and not having to pay for someone to get carts or replace lost or damaged carts keeps the prices low.

Id rather go to Aldi that Walmart. Aldi offers a little of everything at good prices. You will find good produce, home items, dog supplies, meat, plants...etc. Go green and bring your shopping bags, also keep in your wallet a 0.25 coin for your grocery cart, no worries you will get your quater back when youre done shopping.

Worse experience Ive ever had grocery shopping . You have to pay a quarter for a shopping cart. The store is messy and unorganized. There are not enough workers to ask for assistance. Its cash or debit card only. They dont bag your groceries, so be sure to bring your own. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Most Aldi stores are the same and this is not really any exception. Nice store friendly staff and they open a new lane when customers start to back up. Store was clean and had decent selection. I mean 12 ice cream bars for $1.99 is a great price!

Great prices. Can be difficult to navigate the store sometimes depending on the number of people there and what the store has placed in the aisles. I always inspect produce purchased here. Its 50/50 as to whether or not its old or moldy.

Aldis is a great store for deals on produce, dairy, and frozen foods. They only sell their store brand to keep prices low but the quality is excellent. Make sure to bring a quarter for the shopping cart and your own reusable grocery bags.

We love most Aldi brand more than the name-brand foods! Not taking CCs is part of what makes Aldi Aldi - same reason you have to provide your own bags. Little savings like that for them means big savings for us! :)

Customer service was awful. The store is unorganized, almost chaotic. And the prices arent so cheap that they overcome the inconvenience of no shopping bags and no grocery carts, among other things.
