Please stay away from this carvel the WORST customer experience EVER!Sister had to go there 3x messed up my Dads Fathers Day Ice Cream Cake by putting Happy Fathers Dad&items was put on it i did not pay for nor ask for!!! Wasted my hard earned $50. There was also alot of games being played when i asked to speak to a Manager&get a REFUND& HAVE CAKE REPLACED. Will stick with Merrick road,Jerusalem location or Merrick location from now on. This store needs a new manager or better staff to handle customers needs especially when messing up a special order items 2 weeks in advance&then saying store is busy as reason for mess up. ALSO THERE NEEDS TO BE BRUSHING UP WITH ENGLISH,VERY POOR COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH WHEN I SPOKE TO CARVEL REP THAT SAID SHE WAS A MANAGER THEN SAID THE MGR WAS NOT THERE. IM VERY DISGUSTED&HOPES CORPORATE SHUTS THIS STORE DOWN VERY SOON!!!!! THERE WAS ALOT OF B.S.&waiting for Regional Corporate Rep to call me back from GA!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!!! LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER&HAPPY TO MOVE ON!!!!!

The ice cream is fresh however they are expensive. I went in to purchase the edible character to place on top of my own cake. They wanted to charge $15. Just ridiculous.

Great Ice cream. They have lots of flavors and different cones. Never had a milk shake but they have lost of options. Prices are moderate.
