Well Im sitting in the store right now its 8:21pm on sunday 1/17/16 the ice cream is awsome like always. But the reasion Im giving it one star is the fact that Im here with my 6 and 7 year old family members. The music is blaring and its all rap music (not that I have a problem with rap) but more importantly rap music the the associates are playing thats talking about sex, cursing, drugs, and guns. And other things among that. EXACTLY what I dont want them to hear and have to EXPLAIN what that stuff is to them. This is horable and has got to be the worst experience Ive had at a cold stone. There should be some serious reprimanding that need to be done here when it comes to the music played here. Other then that the service was very good

I ordered, paid and set a pickup time online. I arrived ontime and my cake was not ready. It almost seemed as if I surprised the clerk with the pickup. About 7 minutes later he came out and was bagging up the cake. "Your not giving me that cake, are you?" I said. "Yes, this is your cake." he said. After a bit of explaining and showing him the actual order; he realized it was not only the wrong type of cake, but it didnt have writing on it. I went in the case and got him the right cake. Another 7 minutes goes by and a girl comes out and says "Is this ok?". The handwriting was of a 9yr old. Anyway, Cookie Dough Delerium is awesome. The Danbury store, not so great.

Online Problem? More like organization problem. We ordered an ice cream birthday cake online over a week before we needed it for pick up at 6pm. Called the location a few days later and asked that they change the time to noon. The employee who answered said he had the order and would take care of it. Then when we arrive for pick up on the day. The guy working there says they never received the order and that wed have to wait 4 hours to get it! What BS. Pretty sure someone at the location messed up. Better check with them twice if you order online!

i asked to mix in brownie, and the brownie was divided into two pieces and just given to me........same thing happened to my friend, in short, the mix-ins are not mixed in properly.....and the banana was extremely ripe and not good in taste at all....was very disappointing! Only one girl was working so she was rushing to get the orders done and get next customer in line, but its not my fault.....it was like me paying full price to receiving an ok product...

the tables are filthy, would it be so difficult for one of the employees to wipe down a table occasionally? unfortunately the ice cream served is just as soupy as the ice cream thats been left on the table from the previous customer.

Love Cold Stone ice cream! But...inconsistent on sizes, from server to server and even with the same server. Three kids, three different sizes, one big problem! Lol. Should be easy fix, but happens every time. Great IC though!
