A Concerned Customer
Absolutely disgusted and petrified at my experience here. I ordered a cookies and cream sundae and tell one of the workers. Then, as a normal customer would, I go to the cashier to pay for my order. I tell her what I ordered so I can pay her, and she goes to make my order, although someone already is making my order. I tell her specifically someone already is making my order, and there is no need for her to make my order. I was also appalled at the cost of my regular size sundae- at a overwhelming price of $9, which could easily be made at home. The first worker who took my order gives me my cookies and cream sundae, but then the cashier also has made the same sundae although I have told her I ALREADY ordered. The cashier has shown me absolute disgust and rolled her eyes at me, making me feel quite upset yet angry. There is no need to treat a customer this way for your own mistake. Will absolutely never be coming back until you fix the attitude of your workers.
