On May 8th I spoke with an assistant manager,Brett Vogel,to find out if they had an item in stock that is on sale.Most of the stores run out of Pepsi Max when they have the sale,buy 2 get3 free sale,so I called to make sure they had enough in stock so I would be able to get the amount I wanted when I was able to get to the store.After I told Brett all of this he told me he was going to go and find the 15 I wanted and set them aside, he say"Ill call you back when Im done OK.In a few minutes he called me back to tell me that he found 15 6 packs and the 15 he found were the last of the Pepsi Max 6packs in the store.He really went out of his way for me so I thanked him and told him I couldnt thank him enough and how much I appreciated what he had done. He said,"I love my customers and I ll do what they ask or need if I it will help them",and then Brett really shocked me,he asked me if I wanted him to drop them off at my house.I didnt know what to say,I dont think I realized what he was asking me,I replied" What do you mean?"he asked me again"Do you want me to drop them off?".I cant drive due to a disability so I said "Will you?",he said"Yes". His shift was almost over so he told me that he would be here in 20 to 30 mins he also said "If thats not too late?"I told him that 20 to30 mins was fine.We hung up and he was here in 30 mins.He came to the door and we introduced ourselves, opened the doors and Brett carried 15 6 packs inside, up to the 2nd floor, into my apt and then he put them away.Once again I was in shock but I had to take care of paying him back.I was writing him a check when he gave me the receipt, he told me to write the check for the amount on the receipt and not for anymore than that.I asked him why Couldnt tip him and he said"I do things for my customers because I love my customers and I do what I can do and what they ask or need me to do for them." Brett Vogel is a very giving man and only wants to make his customers happy and he seems to do what everything he can to achieve this. Thank You Brett,You really know how to keep this customer happy! Stores open 24 hours but dont go there after a certain hour because you have to use the self-checkout. The meat selection here could be a lot better.. never anything thats a great deal .. on the plus side it is open 24 hours.. another thing that really upsets me with all of the tops... they take away your gas points if you dont use them after a certain time.. not fair tops ..shame on you..

Awesome always get help I need no matter what Im looking for,one time was upset no cashier dont like self cashiers just me, some times have mine and Moms so makes easier when casher other than that very nice and tops workers are very freindly pardon the pun but true

There are better places to shop. There are better Tops stores within driving distance. But for its location, the product diversity, and the price, its good. Id recommend the Tops West of here in the D&L Plaza in Lancaster over this one though.

Its your basic grocery store. Smaller than many other Tops locations, but the typical couldnt care less attitude. All Tops locations seem to have the same surly employees. I only shop there if I have to.

This store always seems severely understaffed. Sometimes they will only have the self-checkout running. The produce selection is .... disgusting. I will often see bruised and molding fruit sitting out.

The pharmacist Amy is the most disorganised person, she will make you wait using some silly reason. So call ahead. I listened to the same bull with 3other customers. A shame.

Local, they are the closest major chain grocery store. Stepped up when an off brand store came to the area. But the produce could still be fresher....
