This 1 star is for the Bakery department. I love Kroger as a store but I had the worst experience ordering from their Bakery this week. I placed an online order for a cake on Wednesday night (06-21-17). The pickup time was at 7:00PM on Friday (06-23-17). I call them around 12 on Friday to see if I could pick up the cake a little early. The woman precedes to tell me that the earliest she can have the cake ready would be today (06-24-17). I said well im not understanding why you would send me a confirmation email saying my pickup time is on Friday if the cake wouldnt be ready. I said you all advertise on the website that orders are ready within 24-48 hours so how is this possible. She then goes on to say "well im the only person working and I have other things to do". At first she was trying to say that she didnt see my order at all then she said it wouldnt be ready. I told her to just cancel my order!!! This was my first time ordering a cake from them and never will it happen again! Very unprofessional and it makes me even angrier because no-one was going to call or email me to say the cake wouldnt be ready. Never again!!

This is the grocery store I shop at most frequently. Usually I have a good experience. Yesterday was horrible. I went to rent a rug doctor. I went to customer service to do that and the employee that "helped" me was completely disinterested in doing that. Long story short, they couldnt find the key. That eventually turned into they were given the wrong key but it was pretty clear that wasnt true. They couldnt find the key but they did a pretty poor job of looking for it. The extent of the looking was rummaging through two drawers. What was particularly annoying beyond the lack of effort in finding the key was the attitude. There was no concern or care taken in trying to assist me or the fact I had been inconvenienced or they wasted my time. No effort to attempt to make it right. This employee along with the manager that "assisted" him could really use some training in customer service.

I popped in for the first time a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality Krogers has to offer. They even have fuel perks. Im all about getting a deal on gas and my groceries all in one place. (: They have an app that allows you to add coupons onto your rewards cards. Its paperless. Pure genius! Everyone else needs to get with the program now! Also, they have a nice big produce section and a pretty decent organic section as well. Ive recently moved on from my two other neighborhood grocery stores because of the lack of selection and hefty prices. I feel like Krogers is the perfect happy medium for me. I cant wait to save all of that money!

The Pharmacy staff at this location are terrific! The wait time for getting a prescription filled is consistently less than half the time of other local "Big Name" pharmacies. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The store as a whole is very impressive. It has everything you would expect from a grocery store as well as a great selection of organic foods, a much larger selection of fruits and vegetables, a wonderful fresh seafood stand, and overall, just a wider range of choices for each type of food or good in every department.

The worst Kroger in the triangle, I always leave frustrated. This store is poorly laid out, poorly stocked, and not updated/clean in comparison to other grocery chains in the area. Carts are not brought in from the parking lot until there are none left in the store. There are never enough checkout lanes open. This is the closest supermarket to my house in downtown Raleigh, but I will often drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Lowes Foods in Garner or Knightdale.

Many Vegetables and meat products are out of date. I purchased"Kentucky Legend ham" dated Aug 10/13 today at Aug 25/13. Green onions are roten ! It is no excuse - managers fault !, who not take care of this store. Few months ago a Weighj tathers chese was outaded 2 monts ! Many of staff are hanging close to the cashiers, but no one chacking freshness and cvalidity date. Bad organization in this store. Need improvement and new manager ! Andrew

The service is very good. This is not where I, usually, shop so it was a challenge getting used to a different retail system than Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter or Fresh Market. However, the organic produce has very competitive prices. I might go back to this store, just for the competitive organic produce. Since I was new, I had to ask where things were, several times. I, always, received kind and useful direction.

This is the nearest store to my house, so it is unfortunate that it is overpriced (way, way overpriced) dirty and is staffed by folks who do not belong in customer service. I went there two days ago, asked for a dollars worth of quarters, and was greeted by disdain and disrespect. Despite my thanking the young woman who was at the "customer service" desk multiple times the best she could do was "uh huh".

I have visited this store on numerous occasions and the Customer service is very unfriendly and rude nasty woman that they have in the entire store her name is Carina she is the only spanish speaking that was on costumer service. It seems as though they really dont want to take care of their customers. She is always yelling and having a rude attitude with people. "BULGAR "

I love Kroger because of the deal and the points for gas. I always get coupons back when I check out. Its a clean store and well stocked. The customer service has always been great for me. Love that its close to the highway too since its a little bit of a drive for me. Also I coupon and i have never had a bad experience using coupons here

I have never, ever been disappointed by Kroger on Six Forks. From beautiful flowers to their wide selection of international/rare ingredients, this store always comes through for me. The store manager helped me personally last night. She was extremely nice and I just could not have been happier.

Good product selection, and that is about it. The store is dirty and poorly maintained. Some of the employees have no business in any customer service position and clearly are either not trained well or simply do not care. Meat select is very hit and miss. Not much of a local product selection.

I love the prices and employees. However if you go early in the morning and need a rain check you cant get one. Thats a hindrance for me because I live an hour away and cant come back at a different time to get the rain check. Ive missed our on 2-3 sales because of this.

Staff is not friendly. They act like they are doing you a favor. More smiling faces are needed at this Kroger. Prices are very reasonable compared to other Grocery Stores. Store is crowed on weekends. Plenty of parking. United States Post Office is next door to Krogers.

Biggest and best Kroger in the Raleigh area. This means a lot of variety in produce, meats, everyday products, and even kitchenware. I loved shopping there and their store brand products are every bit as good as babe brand, but so much cheaper!
