Always friendly and knowledgeable, Orlando is awesome! I usually find myself taking a quick lap to replenish my go to supplies, or to pick up a secret weapon for my more unique hair projects. Most of the time, I know exactly what I want. Sometimes I dont. Anytime I have a question, Orlando is always there with the kind of answers any pro in a hurry is looking for. No nonsense, full of detailed product knowledge, with a respect for the industry. He never tries to sell me anything I dont need. It is his genuine interest and excitement that convices me to try new things. I am never disappointed on a recommendation. It is always a pleasure.
