This store is conveniently located and has a wide selection of products. I frequently shop here due to its close proximity to the train. However, today was the last day that I will shop at this establishment. I visited the store at lunchtime shortly after 12 pm. The store was not crowded and well staffed. I entered the store looking for a hair curl cream but no one offered assistance. Rather, I received two to three employees not-so-casually watching my every move while I searched for the product. When one employee walked past me, another one would shortly follow. Finally, I found what I needed but what would have been an over $30 purchase, I reduced to an $8.99 selection due to the experience. Further, as I paid for my purchase, there were no pleasantries exchanged nor was I asked if I found everything that I needed. I said "Thank you" as I always do after receiving change from a purchase but there was no "Youre welcome" uttered in reaponse. As I stated before, due to the location, I have often shopped at this store. However, after this experience, you can be assured that this will no longer be the case. It is unfortunate that a store that caters to a specific clientele operates in a manor that is both unprofessional and demeaning. I would suggest that you spend your money elsewhere.

They absolutely do not know how to treat a customer, went in there last night to buy some blades for my trimmers,when I got home I realized they were the wrong type,didnt even have to open the package to tell.so this morning I went back the store to do a simple exchange,the receipt stated I had 14 days to return it as long the item wasnt opened or altered. They did not want to help me, they tried to make the argument that all sales were final, they felt the need intimidate me by saying we were being video taped, I said I didnt care, lets call the cops and let them settle this,once I said that they made the exchange, I want them to know they didnt have try and scam me get my business, you just lost a potential good customer,if all sales are final,change the policy on your receipts. You dont deserve the star I gave you. I feel I was stereotyped from the time I hit the door,I dont know how you stay in business.

I used to come to this store a lot since is the only one around my job, but I will no longer give them my money. Customer service sucks except for the lady on selling her hair extensions in the back. But all the people working in the floor are horrible. They always have an attitude. But today i went to exchange an iteam i got and they refused to exchange it for me or return my money. Not only that, I noticed that they charge me way more and I noticed once I saw my receipt. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT ONCE THEY CHARGE YOU!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality with which I was greeted.The owner, Tarot, was very helpful in getting me started myself being a complete Incense newbie. He could have tried to sell me way more than I needed, but instead encouraged me to try out a few varieties and come back when I had a better idea of what I like.Ability to sample varieties in the store is very convenient.Very reasonable prices, and what appeared to be a wide selection of exotic scents.I even walked away with a free sampler pack.Thanks Tarot!

This place does have good prices for their products but my rating was based more on customer service. I just left this place. The employees are rude and did not offer any help. When standing on the opposite of the register the man yelled "Next!" Instead of asking if I needed help finding something. There was no reason to yell "Next" when the store was completely empty. Lol smh. I would suggest to run in, find what you came for, pay and run out because they do not welcome any person there or help. I felt very uncomfortable.

Worse experience ever. Theres no any staff available. Since I opened the hair color chart book the staff walked and yelled at me out loud said do not take it out even I tried to explain he was still said that no, you did. What was the reason to do that yelling to the customer even if I took the color chart out from the book or not this is not ok. OMG!! I went there with my 2 years old son and he got hungry if not I would asked for the manager or the owner about this guy.
