Worst hair salon ever. They are not up to date with the latest styles and techniques. If you notice closely, a grand majority of there customers are elderly women. You will NOT find trendy hip stylists her. They are uncertified INOA users and are unable to follow directions. They only care about helping as many customers as possible and not the client in the seat. When I went there i asked for the INOA and everything was done wrong. INOA is meant to be left on hair for 35 minutes but they only left it on for 20. They do NOT know how to cut hair. As my hairdresser was about to cut my hair another client walked in and she told me, "lets make this quick, I have other people to work with." Customer Service here is AWFUL. I was quoted wrong prices and had to pay ridiculously more than I was originally quoted. This salon does not reach the standards of New City customers. They are rude and uncaring. If anything they should relocate to haverstraw or the bronx where they share similar standards.

Getting a Brazilian Keratin treatment done to my hair has completely changed my life. It truly is life-altering! I have had thick, curly, coarse hair my whole life and for the first time it feels soft, looks shiny, and is so much easier to manage!
