Went to the local Wawa, you know, the convenience store. Wanted 2 shortie rolls. They no longer have the "roll bins". Theyve been gone for quite some time. Anyway, I go to the hoagie counter and ask for 2 rolls. The child behind the counter tells me I must go through the touch screen ordering device. She just couldnt hand me 2 rolls. I look through the touch screen ordering devise (from now on I will call same as the crapper), and I cant find rolls. The girl behind the register (lost for something to do), asks if she can help. She cant find rolls in the crapper. So I ask again for 2 rolls from the girl behind the crapper. She states " Can you wait until Im done making this order?" Several sandwiches are in front of her. 2 rolls are 2 feet to her right. It would have taken a whole .5 seconds to hand 2 rolls to me. Back (way back now) in the day Wawa was a convenience store. They had these bins where rolls were there for a customer in a rush to get a few. Convenient. Now I have to order them through the crapper and wait until 5 maybe 6 sandwiches are made? You have my e-mail address, if you correct this most inconvenient problem, let me know. Until then, I wont be back to the crapper, or Wawa.

My wife stopped for gas after a rough day at work on 9/4/13. She told me the gas attendant named "Rob" totally changed her day. His smile, and customer service skills made her forget about the day, and she left with a smile on her face. Rob should be commended for turning a frown upside down. She thinks he was her angel that day. Thank You Wawa for having him on your team, and Thank you Rob for your excellent customer service. Its the little things in life that make a difference. Great Wawa iv been here several times and they are always polite. I just wish they would play more holiday music.
