the staff are patient and particularly marvin...doesnt mind answering all my why questions and teaching me or directing me to resources to educate myself. they are never too busy to assist me with things such as engine diagnostics. and if service is needed, i trust my car and wallet with Puleo in Washington. Im im good hands with this auto zone and Puleo. A lot of people blow off women, wont answer why and take advantage of ignorance to make more money. Thankful for my local auto pro and retailer. FOLLOW UP: diagnostics brought back 6 faults according to that helpful staff member. all of them were old diagnostic results. nothing was actually wrong. i see why they didnt offer it for some time. dont trust it.

Ive always had good experiences with Advanced Auto stores, but this Washington location in particular has been extremely helpful and all employees Ive encountered have gone above and beyond to assist. Theyve helped me on numerous occasions from changing a taillight for me to installing a battery and always assisting in any and all parts needed, explaining the quality of each brand available and comparing all. Ive found them to be very honest, informative and dependable.

Chet with AutoZone is amazing. I just had a check engine light come on. My dealer wanted $70.00 to see what it was. Chet hooked it up and figured it out in an instant. He was kind and receptive to my concerns. Thank you once again for providing staff who excel in their work and customer care.
