On Monday around 7-8 pm I went to the store I was heading to the register and I hear the lady (her name is nancy )saying "here they come with the coupons again " i went up and she was giving me an attitude and kept looking at me like Couldnt understand her just because Im Hispanic and she yelled at my daughter for touching a toy and I didnt say anything . This is the second time I have a problem with her The first time it was about two weeks ago where I was in line with my nephew and there was a white guy behind us and she made him go before us . Im sorry but thats discrimination and something like that shouldnt be happening

My doctor called in a prescription just before 6:00 on a Saturday. As I walked up to the pharmacy it already locked up. The prescription was for my emergency inhaler for my azthma. When I asked the young man that was walking out of the area about getting it he just shrugged his shoulders and said nope were close and kept walking. I asked for a manager and he said nope sorry we cant do anything without a pharmacist. Ok I get that but Im sure the pharmacist wasnt too far away at 6:06. I thought CVS thrived on customer service? I guess not. I now have to debate whether or not to go to the ER because I need an inhaler.

The pharmacy department need to change the people, they are rude and have no customrler care skills. There is a specific employee that always have an attitude and today she pissed me off, i went in the drive thru and she was rude. If they cant work helping people then dont work at all, learn how to explain the situation better and stop confusing the customers.

Everything is good Service good but the Pharmacy is slow and theres no security which is a huge problem 3 guys and black approach me to ask me for a dollar I said I didnt have it they said I seen them give you change no security thats very poor

The pharmacy department is the absolute worst....the lines are always ridiculous, poor customer service, phones never answered in a timely manner, overall poor management....needs a serious revamp!!!! Ill never go back!

There doing well the pharmacy is the left y refill 3 days early is u ever lose one or something so thats cool I found out at Walmart that they let u refill 5 days early is this true anyone know

horrible service never have my prescriptions ready on time always give them time till the fallowing day and still when i go for pick up you see them preparing the stuff totally sucks
