Joan is so very friendly! She makes getting books a real personal experience. The book selection is also incredible. Ive always loved bookstores but her store is the top of the game. She has books of all kinds and they are organized to the max everyone I come in, and she can look up on the computer where a book is and if she has it. Its the perfect blend of personalization and convenience.
