We live in Pa, once per month we shop in this store and purchase a large amount of supplies. No problem usually. Today we got in line, the lady in front is playing with her i phone. The cashier is standing there watching her play with the phone, then rolls his eyes towards us. TWENTY MINUTES pass by and food is all bagged and cashier does nothing. We finally decide to go to another line and repack two carts with the food and get into another line. The woman then approaches us and tearfully wants to explain what happened, finally after she invades my personal space and that of my husband, he told her to back off or he would call the police for harassment. It seems that ACME has instituted a new policy of using iPhone for coupons or discounts and she was learning to do this while the line waits for her to learn the process. What is sad is that the employee of this store took no action to try to remedy this situation. If this is the routine from now on, a shopper can scan the entire inventory of the store and select coupons for their shopping cart. That spells delays all over the place. Shopping here is not an option if that is the policy

Overall a decent grocery store but prices are to high. I can get same items significantly cheaper at other stores in the area. More than few times products were moldy when getting home. I wish they would do a better job checking and rotating products.

I know its in a transition period, but wonder why it needs to be changed. Liked it just like it was. Many people complaining. I know everything needs change, but it threw a wrench into the barrel for us old folks. Just saying LOL

Frustrating. Handicap access to store is horrible. Broken curbs and sidewalks with holes. Store being reorganized and new layout makes no sense. I doubt i will be back and ive been a long time loyal customer

The variety at this store is very good, but the prices arent really comparable to those of Shop Rite. Lower prices would make this store the best in the area.

The pharmacy here is great! Ive used it for over 20 years. The store is always neat and clean but the bathrooms are not always well maintained.
