This ACME IS + Always has been PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, CARING, PERSONABLE + KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Since This ACME Opened My Family + I became FAST FRIENDS With Almost the Entire Store. It has Always had their Stock on THE SAME AREAS, This Store has Always been CLEAN + COMFY TO BE IN, For we all know that GROCERY SHOPPING IS 1 OF LIFES HELL, LOL but, I NEVER felt IGNORED, NEGLECTED OR PUSHED OFF In Any Way!! This store has become masterful in disrespecting their customers. I shop early in the day to avoid the crowds and the management at this store has not only removed the self service checkout, but also reduced the check out staff to one. Anyone else is hiding out of sight and management is invisible. Today, I left my basket on the ground because I had had enough. Shop Rite at least treats you as though they want you as a customer.

They have an all-natural grocery section, a small organic produce section, and a decent bakery. I would prefer their discounts to be on buying just one item, not having to buy multiple items to get a discount. I couldnt do 100% of my shopping here, but its near where Im living now, so Im often here to get a few things. Friendly staff.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I would give this store zero stars if I could. Its obvious that the employees have all worked there for many years and theyre whole mindset is "I cant wait to retire". They lack personality, customer service skills, and professionalism. From now on Ill go to Shop Rite.

Really slow check out. Used to have self check out but got rid of it. Now any time i go there is a long wait. Not enough cashiers to handle the volume. Removed 4 self check outs and put in 4 "express lanes" however they dont staff all four resulting in long lines.

15 items or less checkout was 15 deep. Only 2 other checkouts open. A long wait to checkout a gallon of milk. Wheres the hell was the shift manager. Lots of griping from the people in Line. Why would they take out self checkout. 1 person watching 6 checkouts.

Their deli inside glass, often expired on the same day we had no idea that it was not fresh n when we got home it reeked/smelled off as soon as I opened the lid. Not once but twice...not bad overall best for shopping basic needs.

I try not to shop here too often. Not ever enough registers open. Staff is friendly and prices are okay if you watch what you buy. I could walk here but I generally go to Shop Rite because its faster service.
