Breanna behind the customer service courtesy desk on 4/5/17 in the evening is the most discourteous person I have dealt with in that store. She had five (5) people wait in line while she checked out clearly her friend who had an order totaling $85 at the courtesy desk which is for small orders. After waiting patiently she then refused to give me a rain check on an item that was on a 4 days sale but were out of all week, while Derek from deli told her to give it to me. Derek was exceptional but Breana still declined to give me the rain check. I have called headquarter and filed a complaint against Breanna for being so callous and arrogant. Fortunately Jessica at headquarters who was considerate and courteous spoke to the Manager Mike of our local store, Mays Landing and he tactfully allowed me to come in for the rain check. Thank you both Jessica and Mike.

Great hard to beat prices..well stocked shelves that are packed to the max. Clean,easy to find products according to aisles they state in location. In case you do get lost, great help to steer you in the right direction. The staff follows thru to make sure you found what you were looking for.Courtesy desk employed are able to make exchanges, fill rain checks, carry out with ease any other transaction without chaos or impatience toward customers even when a little hectic. They keep their cool, work together in an effort to best serve the customer.(even when a customer tends to be a little disrectable or annoyed.Great skilled training to put it mildly.

Good sales, friendly staff. I just started using theit Mixx App and all the digital coupons came off jusy by entering my phone #. I couldnt shop here all the time because the everyday pruces are a little high for me,but its a pleasure to shop here.

Please hire some more cashiers. Two registers open just isnt adequate, especially when trying to pick up a couple deli items on the go. Put my items back on the shelf and left after 10 minutes.
