The one star is for the freshness of the hot food, and the helpfulness of the staff... The hot food was so tasteless, and simply not fresh, unlike any whole foods I have been. The staff! Where do I start?? The staff were the least helpful that I have ever encountered in a whole foods, they looked like zombies! Lifeless, the lady by the specialty cheeses was an emotional vampire, I literally had to recuperate after trying some cheeses over there... Sucha negative energy, weird vibe. So if you are in and out, and not looking for hot food then..

For the prices they charge, a dirty store is utterly unacceptable. Having organic grass-fed beef is excellent, but it doesnt cover the stench. The fish department stinks like rotting fish so bad you can smell it from produce. Dont ever buy seafood here, go to H-Mart instead as their fish department is WAY cleaner.The meat department also has a strange smell, but not like decomposition.

Love the store. Downright poor customer service. I dont mean the crew from the various departments nor the cashiers. They are absolutely amazing and exceptional. I mean the person at customer service. That lady is rude, unprofessional and displeased all the time. Definitely not what I expect from the customer service handler at whole foods non the less.

Whole Foods has become my go-to grocery store for food, with great seafood, fresh produce, baked goods, bulk nuts/dried fruit and cheese. Their store-baked breads are wonderful. Compact design, easy to get around, much more human scaled than some of the "new, modern, mega-markets". Not a store to go to for cleaning products or other non-food items.

Its a smaller Whole Foods than Madisons, but the staff is friendly / outgoing / helpful, and they seem happy to be working there (not something you can say for every grocery store). The selection at Madison is better, but if you live closer to this one, Madison Whole Foods isnt always worth the drive.

Its tiny! Many of the prducts I travel to Whole Foods to obtain are not available at this store. Even the produce section was small. Limited salad bar, limited ready to eat options. If this were the only Whole Foods around, I would shop here...but there are two more within a half hour

Smaller than the Whole Foods on Route 4 in Paramus, NJ. But size is not everything. Has a very good selection. Clean. The employees are helpful, and knowledgeable. Worth the stop every time I am up in Morristown driving through!

Unlike most Whole Foods, at this one you can pop in and out very easily. The store is a manageable size, the staff is actually genuinely friendly and helpful, parking is quick and easy, and the product is as you would expect.

This is a nice while foods, I used to live right across the street from it. So for most, traffic will be annoying since Washington St got even more busy. But the shopping experience is great, if course STUPID expensive.
