Avoid these folks at all cost! This pharmacy and their representatives reached out to me relentlessly offering to provide my diabetic supplies (meter, test strips and lancets) at a lower cost. I avoided them for a while until giving in after a year or so due to their constant calling. Things started off ok for about 3 months until they sent me a application for waiver of copayment, I advised that I was fine with paying the current copay and didnt want to apply for a waiver. I was then advised that they would put a hold on my supplies if I did not comply. I was strong armed into filling out the form and sending it back. I didnt get a timely response or my supplies. I called to check status and was told I was approved for no co-payment and that my order would ship 10/19, a month later I didnt receive my supplies. After several calls and getting the run around I was told varies things from that my order will ship, insurance approved switching to another more expensive meter (which I advised against but they still submitted the claim), needed a new prescription, etc.. The last conversation I had with their representatives I was told that my insurance company would not cover any supplies from them and to find a new pharmacy. I spoke with my insurance company and they had no records of that and even went as far as putting through a test claim and it went through. This company and their representatives is a SCAM!

Most deceptive of all companies I have dealt with!!! Do not ever deal with them and Oak Creek pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska, too!! They make you believe your insurance has taken care of all your supplies and not to worry about payments! Major liars!!! I then am receiving these never-ending e-mails about being sent to collections for owing so much!! Please AVOID these two companies by all means!!!- Peterson Pharmacy (South Amboy, New Jersey) Oak Creek Pharmacy, Omaha, Nebraska)

We were contacted by this company after we ordered the "Diabetic Magazine". Nothing was really explained in great lengths and all of a sudden we started receiving test strips and other related products in the mail. After about 8 months we received a bill in the mail for some crazy amount Past Due. We never agreed to anything. I sent everything back with a nice little note attached.... :-) Dont think I will be hearing from them again! What a scam!

My wife was contacted by this company when she was first diagnosed as a diabetic to order test strips from them for diabetic monitoring. She was not fully informed about the co pay from them and after ten months was sent l lump sum bill from their collection agency. No contact was made before this letter was sent. We asked them to stop sending the supplies and will use our local pharmacy as we do for everything else.
