I have been a customer with Stop & Shop Union Pharmacy for more than 5 years now. I find the pharmacists to be incredibly helpful and caring. Every time, they go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need and that I am aware of the cost BEFORE they fill the prescription. On occasions where a doctor has prescribed a name-brand and has not indicated that a generic is acceptable, they have contacted my doctor in an effort to help me save quite a bit of money. I moved and STILL use this pharmacy due to the level of service they provide. The last few times I have filled prescriptions, Privina has assisted me and shes wonderful. No idea where these other reviews are coming from.....my experience has been stellar.

Their customer service is horrible. Twice Ive been ignored by the customer service representitive as theyve either talked to each other behind the desk or completely walked away. The parking lot is also scattered with shopping carts taking up parking spaces.
