This place should definitely change its name because there is absolutely nothing there thats super fresh or even close to fresh for that matter. Every time ive shopped here for produce I find myself spending a considerable amount of time looking for veggies that are not a day or two away from being useless. The shelves are stuffed with items that are either expired or very close to expiration. They recently expanded and added a butcher shop, the smell of raw meat and fish coming from that department is nauseating, fresh fish and meat should not smell like that. Although I only live a block away from this place Ive stopped shopping here because I was tiered of getting ripped off. I would come home from grocery shopping only to find out most of the things I purchased where no good. From flat sodas to expired bread and the list goes on. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT BUY! 1st off, I shop around a lot.. They are $1-$2.50 over the price of competitors.. 2nd I bought frozen lobster tails $15!! and they were ROTTEN! I threw up after they defrosted even frozen they smelled horrible! Now I went today last minute to buy avocados.. $5!! to come home and they were ROTTEN AND BLACK! I know how to pick avocados.. as Ive been making guac for a very long time.. they had peach fuzz on them! Like seriously? Now at shoprite the ground turkey is lets say roughly $3.49 the most. there, $5.50-7.49! not worth it dont go!! The register people are super nice! The place is clean. Even the butcher area... but never again.. not budget friendly what so ever.

I like what they done with the place. Total change from food basics. Has a greater verity and great staff.. All i need to replace what they had before which was food basic and they stoped caring.. Thanks to who ever the owner is!!!

I entered the store on 7.5.17 at 7:45am & was assisted immediately. Very nice young man came out ran diagnostic machine, printed out the readings for me, & held the door open upon re-entry into the store.
