Wow, worse customer service ever. I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for years, and I have never experience such bad attitude. Walked in, two workers only one customer yet I get ignored, right this lady finally decided to ask me if I needed help I proceed to explain that my car head light is off and I bough a expensive pair here not so long ago and now is out, I asked if they could inspect the car light, she stopped me right away and said that they dont do that, that the weather is bad outside, that there is only two of them working in the store, which was empty, no wonder why, she said sorry we cant help you, I said when did you guys stopped inspecting the cars? Sorry we dont check head lights, I said ok and walked away. Ill never come back to this location. Other locations have great customer service but here is just the worse so far.

Worse experience ever. Bought a pair of expensive wiper blades almost $50, Only 1 month later they are chattering and not working as described. Camille and her managers Lisa and Leo who by the way didnt even want to get on the phone could use some serious training in Customer Satisfaction/ Service, not qualified in my book to be managers. Been a long time resident of the Belleville area and loyal customer of Auto Zones but now looking for another place down the street (Advance Auto Parts) for better customer service. Auto Zone head quarters will also hear about this horrible experience....Penny wise Pound foolish Camille, Leo, and Lisa.

Donovan Lau, thanks for venting. First of all I am the one who answered the phone and I am very sure I was never rude to you, I was as courteous if you want to be honest. I remember you said that your wiper blades were one month in use and you wanted another set without a receipt. We do give a 10% off a future purchase and for the record if we honor every purchase with a free return I wonder where retail stores would be. Oh and you got my name on point, well done Sir. Oh and what customer service training you want me to take???

Autozone lack of Professional employees in the front and the ones that really knows the stuff, the Comercial ones, just got fired, God those guys used to go out and deliver parts when no delivery guys around, they used to take care of us even without having a break to lunch, I personally closed my Comercial account and call every business owner to do the same if You really respact and appreciate what Will and Debbie sacrificed for us. Is a bad move from Autozone against us Business owners.

DONT COME HERE If i could leave 0 stars i would. Bought a set of brake pads and when i finally got around to install them i noticed they were used. I went to return them and they said they couldnt help me because too much time passed. It was less than 2 months and regardless the company should take responsibility of their error, even if years passed by. Will never return here

John is awsome in all my years of going to autozone i have never had great customer service like this. He went out of his way to help me find a part . He called every store even the warehouse to help me out. He didnt just stop at no we dont have it . He went out of his way to make sure ! Great customer service John M. thanks :)

Poor selection and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER left us waiting on line for over 20 minutes while they stood there making jokes and reading things of there cellular never going back not the first time it happened

Well I went to get light bulbs for my vehicle and the employee couldnt assist me with my search. Very disappointing so I left and went to advance auto where they were able to assist me.

They are nice and friendly but under staffed somewhat when busy. Seems that most auto zones have this issue after standard business hours. Be aware of this if youre in a rush.
