So the shop is oce and clean and the service is friendly. I bought some beef Tenderloin for a steak au poivre. Seared perfectly in shallots to a beautiful medium rare, with duck fat potatoes and all that jazz. The second my knife hit the meat I knew something was off. It sounded like I was dragging it through gravel. The meat looked fine but chewing raw leather would have been easier. I dont get it it. It all looked and cooked just as I wanted but the meat was flavorless and tough as a shoe. At $28/lb I cannot justify this at all. Its hardly in the character of stew meat. I hope this was a fluke, a mistake, the other reviews cant all be that far off? Can they? I wont stick around to find out, after this Ill never shop here again. One star, because the service was genuinely nice.

Not fresh. Yesterday was my first time at this butcher, I was excited to try their meat. I asked for a WHOLE cut chicken , instead I got chunks of chicken and not from 1 chicken. Seemed like left over pieces just packed together. What was more disappointing was that Some pieces were CLEARLY not fresh. I would never go back to this butcher. They are cutting corners. I promptly took the meat back

The service was wonderful, and the shop was immaculately clean. I give 3 stars because I was a little disappointed in the selection of meats. I would love to see more seafood options if possible, and more fresh not frozen cuts. Also the prices were on the high side, but I am willing to pay for quality.

I had the chicken from this place and it was delicious. It was very tender, juicy, and tasted so fresh. Alhamdulillah it feels good to know that it is halal in the right way and organic meat. The staff is great and very professional.
