Fantastic German style butcher. Smoked meat surround you when you walk in. The staff is unpretentious and not jaded like one would expect from a old school butcher these days (since most are put out of business from groceries). As I was making my order, I was given various samples of meats. Every single thing I ate blew my mind. This place is a hidden gem.

If you live anywhere reasonably close and dont get your encased/uncased meats here, youre missing out. The wonderfully nuanced flavors combined with high quality meats remind you exactly what your missing when you buy that bland manufactured stuff at the supermarket.
