Horrible place. Their drive- through took me 30 mins....how is that just driving through. I dont think they pay enough because they seem to always hire incompetent staff who have no idea what customer service is. It is close by and the hours are convenient so used to go here. But after bitter experiences more than a couple of times, I decided I would rather go far than to deal with them again. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walmart. And guess what, it actually took me the same time without the frustration. When I call, a pharmacist always picks up and they call ME if something does not go through. There is never a line at the counter. They are friendly..and guess what...I am paying 4$ for a prescriptions I paid $15 for at Walgreens. Wal-Mart has a list of medications that they offer for $4 on their website so you can check if yours is covered. For the money I am saving, I dont mind driving up to Route 22.

after walking from Sanford reach all the way to 18th Avenue found out I was going the wrong way, my GPS finally working and lead me to Irvington, I was walking just trying to get some lotion, was in there over 10 minutes walking up and down looking for the lotion couldnt find it so I asked someone and they show me where it was then I went to get some coconut water at the cashier about to pay this lady tell me she wanted to see my jacket so I was just wearing a wife beater and a jacket I took it off and give to her, she was there talking to the cashier before I got there so he was looking on me funny I will never shop in another Walgreens again, if I need medical supplies or anything Walgreens will never be the place.

The worse pharmacy department in America! They are always changing their technicians, none of them are there long enough to learn the system on their own. They are rude! They are always messing up the payments for the order. They are always giving the wrong information, and they are slow about everything they do. Their hours work for my work schedule and that is the only reason why i put up with this place, but i am looking for another company to deal with... Ive had enough of their unprofessionalism

I have filled scripts here numerous times. Each time it was a less then average experience. No one picks up the phone , they are always under staffed which I think is the problem. The employees are nice. I guess you can only do so much when your not properly staffed .

I love the location ofthis pharmacy because its close in which is convenient but as far as the service it is very bad I stood in line for 30 minutes if not more waiting to pick up my prescription & the pharmacy tech act like she didnt know how to multitask

Treat their customers as thieves. The worse walgreens. You cant take the bodywash or deodorant and put it in your shopping cart. Worse worse store.And if a Hispanic customer is in the store African Americans treat them like crap.

It close to my home and it 24hr. I only go their for my prescription. The pharmacy workers are very very rude their phone ethic is poor as well as their communication skills. Only a few are decent and professional.
