The way this store is set up with all those self serve check is not a good idea. Some customer want to go to a employee not self check out. When need help you have to wait. There is not enough staff. Poor management. The never have enough stock of thing on sale. Then you have to get someone write a rain check to the employee to tell you the item is not on sale. Manager needs to know what on sale & tell its staff the right info. Also everyone likes to go out Friday nights Make sure you get enough sleep before coming to work & sleep it off.

No efficiency and lacking customer service.They have 8 people working behind the pharmacy counter at the same time but 30 min wait in line. They have 2 lines for pickup but operate only one. Service is not great either, the pharmacist or her staff doesnt greet or talk to you with customer friendly manner, your just some number in line waiting. This reinforces why I should stick with Walgreens next time.

I bought a case of Friskies cat food--24 5.5 oz cans for $14.69....I bought it for the convenience since I can get it in other stores for $11.00. I opened the case to find at least 6 cans dented...I cannot be bothered lugging it back to the store. I thought I was buying a high quality item not damaged goods...I expected more from CVS.
