Pharmacy could be good but Jennifer makes the experience miserable. Simply put, I want to walk into the pharmacy, get my script and walk back out. That experience doesnt need to go any further. On my visit on Friday I was in the drive thru when the lady on the speaker asked me to hold on. Then a second lady (different voice) came on the speaker and asked for my last name. I gave it but tried to explain I was dropping off an rx. She then barked through the speaker to spell my name and give date of birth. I complied and again tried to explain I was dropping off. The lady then came to the window and barked one more time at which I showed her my script for drop off. She then angrily demanded to know why I didnt say that up front! I told her i tried to explain and she cuts be off and says just put the script in the tray and she marches off. Cut to two days later when my script is supposed to be filled and they didnt have the medication. (they told me friday they didnt have the medication either.) BUT, they can give me a few pills to "tide me over." I proceed to ask Jennifer (the same women from fridays episode) if they could give me a few pills on Monday - why couldnt they have just givem me a few pills on Friday so I didnt have ti break the cycle. Jennifer proceeded to get upset with me for questioning her and abruptly walked away from me as she had no time for this. I was floored by how bad the customer experience was. I just wanted to understand the situation and timing. I dont come to be barked at and I dont expect when Im spending money with someone to have them treat me like it should be my honor that they are taking it. Luckily, I recorded the entire situation on my phone. And Im now a happy new CVS customer.

Horrible Pharmacy. Unfortunately, theyre the only pharmacy near me. Their automated phone system doesnt ever work. Cant get transferred to any department, just hangs up after saying please hold while I transfer your call. Rarely if ever get to a real person, and when you do, they cant or wont even answer simple questions just passing it off to someone else...and again, the automated phone sink hole. My father was a pharmacist, I grew up in the store, and they should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. But then maybe its just the overall sad shape of the healthcare industry.

I found the pharmacist (not to be confused with the very polite and helpful tech that was there) to be UNhelpful and UNprofessional. She had a rude demeanor. While in the middle of speaking to her she walked completely away from me. Not friendly at all. You work with the public and with patients, I dont think she would like to be treated the way she treated me.

I had a wonderful experience with your store. The store was neat and everything was easy to find. A very friendly man came up and asked if he could help me locate an item. His name is Robert and he told me his was the store manager. As an elderly woman I was very happy and left the store with a big smile. Thanks Robert and Rite Aid!

I enjoy shopping here. I had a memorable Stevie incident where she went above and beyond. The security guard was always pleasant. Even when issues arise at the check out, everyone is wanting to give you good service, sometimes glitches in the system happen, but its worth the wait if it keeps these people employed. They deserve it!

The pharmacists may be overwhelmed or something? Ive been going there for about 4 years because its so close to where I live and they still never fill all of my prescriptions and mess them up every time. Im not sure why they always act inconvenienced when I tell them. I feel bad if theyre frustrated too, but its really a pain.

I tripped over an utility vault protruding from the sidewalk at their shopping center at 75 S Main St, Neptune City, NJ 07753 and went down like a load of bricks. Real maintenance issues that have to be addressed I left a message with Steve Blitzer concerning the problem. I also informed the manager of the RiteAid.
