Ordered this for my mom for mothers day. They attempted delivery on mothers day and left a sticker saying we would have to pick it up at the store. My mother called them and requested a cancellation and the girl o the phone was rude to my mom and wanted $14 for delivery. Maybe they should call on a holiday to schedule deliveries as many people go places to celebrate. Then before my mother could say anything the woman said -"we will mark down that you do not like fruit". My mother is on a special diet and can not eat fruit right now, which is why she asked to cancel. The person on the phone was very rude. If you are delivering perishable arrangements on a holiday it is only good sense to call and see if the people will be home, not attempt to deliver & then leave a note saying now people have to pick up their gift. Also if someone wishes to cancel, be gracious, they may order from you again i the future .

My sister from Florida sent me a gift from them. Upon arrival the chocolate covered strawberries were just barely edible. Two days later the strawberries were rotten. I called the store and talked to the manager, he insisted that I come in and see his inventory. I refused and just asked for replacement strawberries. He became ad ament about me stopping by!!! To be honest, I wasnt gonna waste gas for 3-4 strawberries. I told him to just send me the replacements, to which he never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I firmly believe he just didnt want to lose inventory so he sent the older stuff... Please heed my warning!!!

Ordered Delicious Daisy arrangement. When I arrived at my friends house the arrangement was disgraceful for $70.00 I certainly expected an arrangement that looked like $70.00 but saw one that was worth about $35.00. I called the next day asked for Manager, but honestly not sure if it was manager...SAL....as he was very rude didnt listen to my complaint and argued the fact that the Daisy arrangement really isnt worth the money...I dont believe a manager would say something like that. I don t for see every using this store again. Bad Management

Absolutely the worst customer service! After reading the other terrible reviews on yelp I dont know how the Manager over there still has a job. Fruit was rotten and when I called to let them know about it She acted like I switched their fruit with a different product! When I asked for her name she hung up on me. Corporate was of no help at all either. Never again will I use edible arrangements.

Have to second the other review here. This was the first time I was ever disappointed with an Edible Arrangement. When I asked the recipient about the arrangement, she said "the fruit was old".
