Hadnt even ordered anything, was trying to check out the website to see about ordering or what was offered and spent far longer than necessary trying to click throguh apparently almost non-existent buttons one after another - which lead to no help at all in the end. I feel like sure, Ive heard good things about you guys having lived in the area for my entire life, but this off puts me for some reason. If youre trying to have a full blown website, in such a narrow market, lets at least TRY to make it work properly for all skill sets. Granted, you very well may see me as some young prick, but Ive worked and picked my way throguh many a website at this point in my life - of every and any customer service, and honestly, if I cant fight my way throguh yours, I dont know how you expect anyone else to. Or how youd expect their additional business after the fact (though youre still in business so God bless those merry few). But as any casual soccer mom might say after the fact, Thats just my 2 cents.

I used Secret Garden Florist for a funeral piece recently and I could not have been happier. Bonnie was so helpful in recommending the type of flowers that would look the best, and couldnt have been any nicer on the phone. The family I sent it to thought it was one of the prettiest and most original of all the pieces they received. I would recommend Secret Garden Florist to anyone and will definitely use them again.

I purchased a dozen of red roses for my fiance for Valentines Day, 2 hours before she arrived home. Sadly by the time she got home the flowers were wilted and dying, edges all black. I was so upset and embarrassed. Delivery was prompt but the quality just wasnt there. For the price paid Im upset for what was delivered.

DISGRACEFUL!!!! Order placed through FTD - what was received was obviously pulled out of a dumpster! Dried, nearly dead flowers & no where near the size of bouquet that was ordered! When I called to complain, they refused to re-do the order. There is no "Secret" here, this place SUCKS!!!!!

The flowers were delivered promptly for which I am thankful for. I am surprised at how small the bouquet was. Looks nice, but I would have expected more. Totally my bad for not going myself.

Valentines Day flowers were wilting and partially dead when delivered and were fully dead a few days later. However, happy about the fact that the flowers were still delivered on a snow day.
