I was in Wineworks last night and spent about 70 dollars worth of wine and beer (in prep for our oncoming snow storm) while i was carrying out my box full of product , one of the handles broke causing me to drop most of my order and have it smashed on the ground. I went back in and asked to talk to a manager expecting to be told "to bad" or "not our problem" , talked to the manager and she could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. ( i am sorry i cant remember her name but she was working on the night of 1/21/16 she had glasses and her hair was in a bun). she told me to go and pick out what was broken and it was replaced for me at no extra charge. the employees and Wineworks are very helpful and knowledgeable . My wife and I visited Wineworks this past weekend and we were blown away. The store has a great selection and their prices are fantastic. We also loved the cheese selection and bought cheese to go with the case of wine we purchased. Other really interesting points about the store were the ability to taste certian wines through automated dispensers. Their wine club which gives you even more off certain wines (it cost nothing to join). Most the wines we purchased were wine club discounted wines. We received 10% off our total purchase since we bought a case, even though the case was mixed. We loved this place and we will certainly be back!

I recently used Wineworks for the alcohol for my wedding. Charlie was great in showing how much alcohol I needed for my anticipated guest count and suggested a great, inexpensive wine that would satisfy my guests. The price was great and the service was unmatched. After working with Charlie initially, I worked with Brian for the finalizing of my order and could not be happier. Brian worked to make sure my order was filled and delivered on time. Thanks Charlie and Brian!

I love this store. They have the best selection of wine anywhere in the area. Their people are very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are truly competitive. For a very small fee a membership will allow you a wine tasting station.....a nice option for making selections. There is a fine selection of beer and liquors as well. Wineworks is the best.

Great selection of beer. The guys in the beer section are helpful and have knowledge of the beers, so they have good suggestions. Good selection of wine too, and they have a good wine at every price. Stop by and get a card so you can sample their rotating wine selection. They also have a cigar humidor, and vendors with free samples on the weekends.

Great selection and varity of wines. Talked to Brian, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as most others were. Love the cigar humidor but needs a little change of selection and pricing - but still very good! The wine tasting and the wine club are unique added bonus. I hope they will have a working web site to look up their wines online soon.

Top notch selections of wine and beer. Its called Wineworks but do not underestimate their variety of beers and whiskey. Since theyre the end store, parking isnt as bad as it is at Shop Rite.
