Horrible, rude, sarcastic and condescending. Greedy and very bad customer service skills. Hired to do a job Putting my Diamonds into a ring - as requested ( ignored all written and agreed upon specifications) upon expressing disapproval and asking him to do it to specs/ instead of wanting to redo it properly, refused to give the original diamonds back and had to get the police involved with a civil lawsuit to follow. My recommendation would be to AVOID this business at all costs,

Steve is a straight up Dude. I purchased 2 platinum wedding bands in 2007 when the market was stupid high. He took me to the diamond district in the city and hooked me up at wholesale, plus a small fee for his time. Have sold him scrap gold through the years. He is always fair and honest. He does have to make a living like the rest of us. I never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Stosh

He was straightforward and didnt con me with guarantees like these online goldbuyers do sometimes. He gave me an offer straight up, I accepted and he gave me the cash right there. Couldnt have been easier.
