Nike, Addidas, Puma and Reebok blow or suck. They all cater to younger people who have general sizes and slim feet. New Balance and in particular this location caters to all types of customers and is a go to athletic store for seniors and people with custom shoe requirements. Being fitted with incorrect shoes and attributing discomfort to breaking the shoe in can lead to other health problems including bad back and knees. I will never shop at another boot, shoe or sneaker store other than New Balance

Just went in and was asked if I needed help..advised sales clerk I have a condition named Mortons neuroma..he said hold on a second..went to the cash register where there were four or five sales people..said she has a condition called Mortons neuroma .no one knew what it was..wth?? Last time I came they knew right away and got me sneakers designed to alleviate pressure..total disappointment this time
